What is YOUR Library doing with New Media & Young Kids?

We want to feature the work you’re doing with new media & kids in libraries. Have you used an iPad in storytime? Have a particular app or three  (or four? Five? Six?) you’d like to share? Did something particularly cool that you think others might be interested in? Have you already posted for us? (We’d love to hear what you’re working on now!) Think you’re not very techy and are the wrong person to be writing a post on using technology? (We ESPECIALLY want to feature people who feel like this and who are forging forward anyway!)

We’d love to hear from you! Make it a New Year’s resolution to report back on what you’re developing so the rest of the field can benefit from you experiences, insights, successes and/or failures!

Here are the guidelines for guest blog posts:

1. Individual posts should be under 500-600 words; anything longer will be separated into a series.
2. Include pictures and links to pertinent information when possible.
3. Include a short bio of yourself, including social media contact if you’d like, for the end of the post.
4. We don’t have a strict time frame, so just keep us posted on your progress.
Please use the contact form to get directly in touch with Cen; Amy handles all the scheduling etc but the contact form is the surest way to contact us!
