The great Horn Book reviews Apps and eBooks!  They also put up other interesting tidbits about the digital publishing world, the digital divide, social media etc.  This publication reviews books for children and young adults, so not everything they review will be appropriate for our Little eLit monsters (we stick to 2-5 year olds) but this is a great resource from a very well respected publication.
